For every new student you successfully refer to Examberry tuition, you will receive a £100 Amazon Gift Voucher once they have completed their first full month of lessons.

There is no limit to the number of families you can refer. Each successful registration earns you a voucher, which can be stacked and redeemed together.

Simply share your child’s Examberry reference number with the family you are recommending and ask them to enter it at the time of booking.

      Examberry Referral Programme – Terms & Conditions

      1. Overview

      1.1 The Examberry Referral Programme rewards existing Examberry families who refer new students to Examberry tuition.

      1.2 Eligible referrers receive a £100 Amazon Gift Voucher for each successful registration.

      1.3 There is no limit to the number of referrals a family may make. Vouchers may be stacked.

      1.4 The referral reward is available for tuition registrations only and is not available for mocks, creative writing, masterclasses, or other paid products unless explicitly stated otherwise by Examberry.

      2. Definitions

      • “Referrer”: an existing Examberry family referring a new student.
      • “Referred Family / Referred Student”: a new family/student being referred.
      • “Referral Code”: the referring student’s Examberry reference number.
      • “Successful Registration”: a referred student meeting the qualifying conditions in Section 4.

      3. Eligibility

      3.1 Who can refer: All current and past Examberry tuition families may participate.

      3.2 Who counts as new: The referred student must be a new student, meaning they have not attended Examberry tuition.

      3.3 No self-referrals: Referrals cannot be made to register a child within the same immediate household as the referrer.

      3.4 Examberry may refuse or void referrals where the programme is used in a way that is misleading, abusive, or fraudulent.

      4. Qualifying Conditions for a Successful Registration

      A referral becomes a Successful Registration only when all of the following are met:

      4.1 The referred family submits the referral code at the time of booking (the referring student’s reference number).

      4.2 The referred student has:

      • Completed at least one full month of tuition, and
      • Paid in full prior to their first day of attendance.

      4.3 The referred student remains enrolled for the qualifying month (i.e., the month is not cancelled/refunded).

      5. Voucher Value, Stacking, and Redemption

      5.1 The reward is £100 Amazon Gift Voucher per Successful Registration.

      5.2 Stacking: multiple vouchers can be earned and stacked for multiple Successful Registrations.

      5.3 Redeemed once per family: vouchers are redeemable once per referrer family, meaning Examberry will issue the voucher(s) in a single redemption event per family (for example, one email issuance covering multiple earned vouchers).

      5.4 Vouchers are issued to the referrer only. The referred family does not receive an incentive unless stated otherwise by Examberry in writing.

      5.5 Vouchers are non-transferable, non-refundable, and not redeemable for cash.

      6. Exclusions

      6.1 The referral reward applies to tuition fees only and excludes any other charges, including but not limited to:

      • Mock exams
      • Creative writing courses
      • Masterclasses
      • Workshops
      • Exam fees
      • Any third-party charges

       

      6.2 If the referred family only purchases excluded products, the referral will not qualify.

      7. Verification and Administration

      7.1 Examberry reserves the right to verify:

      • that the referral code was entered at booking,
      • the referred student’s “new student” status,
      • payment status and attendance, and
      • that the qualifying month has been completed.

       

      7.2 Examberry may request additional information to validate a referral and may withhold vouchers until verification is complete.

      8. Fraud, Misuse, and Disqualification

      8.1 Examberry may disqualify any referral suspected to be fraudulent, misleading, or in breach of these Terms & Conditions.

      8.2 Examberry may refuse to issue vouchers where it reasonably believes the programme has been abused.

      9. Changes and Withdrawal

      9.1 Examberry reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw the Referral Programme at any time.

      9.2 Where practical, Examberry will publish updated terms on this page. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

      10. Liability

      10.1 Examberry is not responsible for any issues relating to Amazon’s redemption processes, availability, or terms applicable to Amazon Gift Vouchers.

      10.2 To the fullest extent permitted by law, Examberry’s liability arising from this programme is limited to the value of the voucher(s) due under these terms.

      11. Privacy

      11.1 Personal data submitted via the referral form will be used to administer the programme, contact participants, and verify referrals.

      11.2 Examberry will handle personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy.
